How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and associated data, please contact us using one of the following methods:

Please include:

• Your registered username or phone number
• The petrol pump name (if applicable)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• Your account details (name, phone, login credentials)
• Associated usage data
• Loyalty and transaction records linked to your account

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Business record keeping
