We want you to be completely satisfied with FuelSetu. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on FuelSetu subscriptions. We aim to be fair and transparent in all refund matters.
1 7-Day Free Trial
All new accounts start with a 7-day free trial.
No payment is required during the trial period. You get full access to all features. If FuelSetu is not the right fit, simply stop using it — no questions asked, no charges applied.
During the free trial, you can:
- Explore all features without restriction
- Set up your dispensers, nozzles, fuel variants, and staff
- Run actual shifts and test the complete workflow
- Cancel anytime without any obligation or charges
2 Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on your subscription plan and the timing of your request:

3 How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to submit a refund request:
- Send an email to support@aariko.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered phone number or username and organization name
- Provide the reason for your refund request
- Include your subscription plan and purchase date (if available)
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
4 Refund Process Timeline
Day 1: Request Received
We acknowledge your request and begin review within 24 hours.
Day 2-3: Review
Our team reviews your account, usage, and eligibility.
Day 3-5: Decision
You're notified of the approval with the refund amount confirmed.
Day 5-10: Refund Processed
Refund is issued to original payment method. Bank processing may add 2-3 days.
5 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup and configuration fees (if applicable) — covers the cost of initial onboarding and station setup
- Custom development work — any bespoke features or integrations built specifically for your organization
- Training sessions already conducted — on-site or virtual training that has been delivered
- Third-party integration costs — any fees paid to external service providers
6 Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@aariko.in. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you can request an export
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Downtime Credit
If FuelSetu experiences unplanned downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a service credit proportional to the downtime period. Contact us with the date and time of the outage to claim credit.
7 Payments Clarification
FuelSetu does not process any payments within the app. All purchases and subscriptions are handled outside the application. Refunds will be processed through the same payment channel used for the original purchase.
