Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the FuelSetu application operated by Aariko Inc. By accessing or using FuelSetu, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any FuelSetu services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
These terms apply to all users of the service, including Superadmins (Owners), Supervisors (Managers), Operators (Pump Attendants), and B2B Customers (Fleet Owners).
If you are using FuelSetu on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2 Description of Service
FuelSetu is a comprehensive fuel station management platform that provides:
- Role-based access for owners, managers, operators, and B2B customers
- Shift management with nozzle-level tracking and automated reconciliation
- B2B credit management with QR-based fueling and fleet customer portals
- Dispenser and tank management with stock tracking and dip readings
- Reports and analytics including trip sheets, revenue trends, and PDF generation
- Real-time push notifications for shift events, discrepancies, and low stock alerts
- Multi-outlet management with combined dashboards and per-outlet configurations
The service is available as a mobile application on iOS and Android platforms.
3 User Accounts
Account Creation
To use FuelSetu, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Responsibilities
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You are responsible for all data entered through your account
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals is prohibited
- Superadmins are responsible for managing access for all users under their organization
4 Subscription & Billing
FuelSetu does not process any payments within the app. All purchases and subscriptions are handled outside the application.
Subscription Plans
FuelSetu offers annual subscription plans on a per-outlet basis. All plans include the full suite of features with no feature gating.

Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the full commitment period
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior written notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to the service
5 Acceptable Use
You agree to use FuelSetu only for its intended purpose of fuel station management. You shall not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or computer systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the service
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the service
- Use the service to store or transmit material that is defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal
6 Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you input into FuelSetu, including sales records, shift data, customer information, and financial records. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data.
Our Intellectual Property
The FuelSetu application, including its design, code, features, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Aariko Inc. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application during your active subscription period.

7 Service Availability & Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime for all FuelSetu services. Our infrastructure is cloud-hosted in Indian data centers with automated failover and daily backups.
- We strive to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee the service will always be available
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
- We are not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (internet outages, natural disasters, third-party service failures)
- The app includes offline functionality for core operations; data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- FuelSetu and Aariko Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
- Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by users into the system
9 Termination
By You
You may stop using FuelSetu at any time. Refund eligibility upon early termination is governed by our Refund Policy.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to FuelSetu if:
- You violate any of these Terms of Service
- You fail to pay applicable subscription fees
- We are required to do so by law
- We reasonably believe your use poses a security risk to the service or other users
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before changes take effect
- Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
11 Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of FuelSetu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.
